StackLeads started after seeing the same bottleneck over and over: businesses spend money to get demand, then lose momentum between lead capture and the first real sales conversation.

I study software engineering and have years in sales, which is a useful mix for this work. Sales taught me that a lead is not a spreadsheet row. It is a person deciding if they trust you enough to talk. Software taught me how to turn messy follow-up into something reliable.

So yes, we use ads, Hermes, automations, and pipeline logic. But I built the assistant and dashboard myself, and I am still in the process with you. We shape the offer, tune the campaigns, train Hermes with your real business context, and adjust the system around how you actually sell.

Every client gets a custom build. Not because custom sounds fancy, but because different businesses have different buyers, different response styles, and different sales pressure. The tech should fit the business, not the other way around.

Before building my own CRM layer, I tried the obvious names: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce. As someone studying software, I was honestly surprised by how much basic visibility was still missing, especially once the price started climbing. Some setups can reach hundreds per month for smaller teams, and sometimes thousands for larger businesses.

I cannot pitch something I am not proud of. So I decided to build the version I would actually want to stand behind: practical, connected, and open to feedback from the people using it. Business owners are the real experts on what saves them time and headaches, and I like that I can speak with users directly, hear what is missing, and keep improving the system around real work.
